Built in 1914 and renovated in 2022, Belmont Apartments offers 20 one-bedroom units, a percentage of which are designated for persons diagnosed as developmentally disabled. Convenient downtown location, residents are close to banking and medical facilities, shopping, community services and social agencies, including easy access to the public transportation system.

Being on the waiting list does not obligate the applicant to anything, nor does it guarantee eligibility or that a unit will be offered.  It simply means the applicant will be contacted when their name comes up.
